Terms of Service

The short version: your script is yours, the audio you generate on a paid plan is yours to use commercially, and the things you may not do are almost entirely about impersonating real people.

Your content

You keep all rights to the scripts you write and upload. We claim no ownership over them and we do not use them to train models.

Audio generated on a paid plan may be used commercially, including in products you sell. Audio generated on the free plan is licensed for personal, non-commercial use and carries an audio watermark. Which licence applies is decided by the plan that was active when the audio was generated.

What you may not generate

A cloned or imitated voice of a real, identifiable person who has not given recorded consent. This includes public figures, performers, and characters as voiced by a specific actor. It also includes parody and satire — a synthetic recording is indistinguishable from a real one once it leaves your project, and no disclaimer travels with an audio file.

Any voice model of a person under eighteen, in any circumstance, including with parental consent.

Audio intended to deceive: fabricated recordings of real events or statements, fake interviews with real people, and anything designed to be mistaken for a genuine recording of someone.

Audio intended to harass, threaten or defraud a specific person. Fictional violence and horror are fine; targeting a real individual is not.

Sexual content involving characters written as minors, regardless of stated ages or source material.

Accounts and quotas

One account per person. Quotas are per account and reset monthly. There is also a technical rate limit on generation to prevent abuse; it is considerably higher than any plan's monthly allowance and you should never encounter it in normal use.

We may suspend an account that violates the section above. For clear-cut impersonation cases we do this without warning, because the harm happens the moment the audio is published.

Availability

This is a small product run by a small team. We aim for the service to be up and we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee. If a failure on our side costs you rendering minutes, tell us and we will credit them back.

If we stop operating the service, we will give notice and provide a way to export your scripts, character cards and generated audio before it is shut down.

Changes and contact

We will post material changes to these terms on this page with a new date, and notify account holders by email when a change affects what they may do. Questions go to [email protected].

This document is a working draft written by the team, not a lawyer-reviewed final. It will be reviewed before payments are enabled.
