Pricing
Pay for direction, not for voices
Free, Creator $12, Studio $29, Team $69, with 10% off on yearly billing. The paywall is emotion control, cast size and clone slots — never the voice library.
Payments are not live yet. Every account is currently on the free tier. These are the plans we intend to launch with, published now so nobody has to guess what this will cost.

Frequently asked questions
Does the free quota renew?
Yes, every month. A lot of tools give you a one-time trial allowance and call it a free plan; this one resets, so you can keep producing short scenes indefinitely without paying. Exports carry a short watermark and are licensed for personal use.
Why is the voice library not a paid feature?
Because it is a bad paywall. Gating voices makes free users produce worse work, which makes them less likely to pay, and it punishes exactly the casting variety that makes multi-voice audio worth doing. The three things we charge for — line-level emotion control, cast size and clone slots — are the ones that correlate with producing seriously rather than experimenting.
What counts against my minutes?
Finished audio duration, measured on what you render. English prose runs at roughly 150 words per minute, so a 5,000-word chapter is about thirty-three minutes. Budget by runtime, not by word count — this is the calculation most people get wrong on a first long project.
What happens if I run out mid-project?
Rendering stops until the next monthly reset or until you change plan. Nothing is deleted, and your scripts, casting and character cards are untouched.
Can I change plan mid-month?
Yes, in both directions. Payments are not connected in this release, so today every account is on the free tier regardless of what the page says — see the note at the top of this page.
Is the commercial licence per project or per account?
Per account, for audio generated while a paid plan is active. Keep a note of which plan was active when you generated — free-plan audio is licensed for personal use only and carries a watermark.
What does a seat mean on Team?
Five people with their own logins sharing projects and character cards. The shared character cards are the point: consistency across a series breaks when two people each pick their own voice for the same character.
Do you offer refunds?
When payments are live, yes, within the first two weeks of a paid period. We would rather refund someone who tried it and found it did not fit than keep the money and the bad review.
